All items are made to order so please allow 4-5 business days before shipping. Shipping speed depends on the method you select when checking out.

*Shipping available to the 50 United States. Currently, we do not ship international and to U.S. Territories.

*Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

USPS FIRST CLASS: 3-5 days
USPS PRIORITY: 2-3 days
USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS: 1-2 days

Once shipped, RZKraftz, LLC is NOT responsible for packages that get delayed by USPS.

I try my absolute best to get all packages out in a very timely manner and as quick as possible, but please keep in mind I unfortunately do not have any control once the package is dropped off at USPS. Due to this, refunds will not be issued.
